How much does a backdrop rental cost?

The rental price of a backdrop varies widely based on size, florals, hours and location. Please contact us for a custom quote.

How large are the rental backdrops?

Monmouth florals backdrops are available in sizes, 8’ x 8’, 8’ x 12, & 8’ x 16. Please contact us for extended or reduced sizing.

How much is the deposit?

To secure your rental, a 30% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 70% is due on your event setup time. Please be aware that deposit payments made are non-refundable. However you can use this deposit for your future booking.

What are the set-up and delivery costs?

Set-up and delivery costs for a backdrop depend on factors like distance, timing, indoor (ground floor or elevator access) and the take-down timing.

When do you setup the rental

Rentals are set up anywhere from 1-3 hours prior to an event depending on our schedule for that day.

Can i customize a backdrop?

Yes, you can. Lead time for a custom backdrop is at least 1 month in advance and it is an additional cost.

How do i book?

You can inquire through our email, phone number or instagram. Once all details are confirmed, we’ll send you a contract via email to sign and pay. It’s super easy & user-friendly!

How long is the rental?

The rental price includes a five-hour rental starting when the event starts. Anything over five-hours will be an additional cost per hour.
